- Review the terms of the lease, its clauses and assumptions in relation to the manner in which the rent review is to be undertaken.
- Review and analyse the commercial market as it relates to your property and apply our knowledge of evidence, pertaining to properties comparable to your own, in the local area.
Leases commonly have timetables for the service of notices and counter notices which should be followed and where the rent review cannot be settled through negotiation we have the skills and experience to represent you where Third Party Determination is required.
