We are experienced in the preparation of Part 35 Valuation Reports under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), whether the appointment is by a single party or as a Single Joint Expert on behalf of both parties. Providing services throughout England and Wales.

Instructions which we have undertaken are varied in nature, from historic portfolio valuations, to diminution in value as a result of non disclosure; to valuation ranges for personal injury claims and commercial rental values. We have represented clients in the High Court, County Court and as a precursor to legal proceedings.

Whilst instructions for Expert Witness reports often come from solicitors, enquiries are also taken from litigants in person, for whom we offer a consultation service prior to accepting formal instructions.
