Blackburn Loxley Chartered Surveyors has over 35 years commercial and residential valuation experience; undertaking instructions nationally from our offices in Enfield. Specialising in residential and commercial valuations; Part 35 CPR valuation reports; rent reviews; lease renewals; statutory valuations and landlord and tenant matters. We act on behalf of local authorities, statutory bodies, companies and private individuals throughout England and Wales.
The director, Horace Blackburn MRICS, has provided surveying services since 1984 within private practice valuation and management companies, also occupying senior roles the local authority, statutory bodies and national companies. His experience extends to leasehold enfranchisement, residential property development, educational buildings, children’s nurseries, residential homes and ecclesiastical properties.
Working in partnership with surveying companies we are able to assist in the provision of a range of additional services including building surveys, structural engineers reports and EPC Reports.
